Los Angeles Ballet Spring Performance

February 22nd and 23rd at Freud Playhouse, UCLA
March 1st at Alex Theatre in Glendale
March 15th at Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center

Los Angeles Ballet presents a mixed-bill, including three ballets choreographed by the late George Balanchine ("The Four Temperaments," "Tarantella," and "Who Cares?") and a new work by LAB's Melissa Barak.

I watch Balanchine's ballets now and am completely blown away by the movements he's created. I can not imagine what it would have been like to have seen them fifty years ago when they were first presented to audiences.
