March 15th at Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center

Los Angeles Ballet presents a mixed-bill, including three ballets choreographed by the late George Balanchine ("The Four Temperaments," "Tarantella," and "Who Cares?") and a new work by LAB's Melissa Barak.

I watch Balanchine's ballets now and am completely blown away by the movements he's created. I can not imagine what it would have been like to have seen them fifty years ago when they were first presented to audiences.
